Biden Is Very Angry With Imran Khan's Antics, Pakistan Is Paying The Brunt!
The relations between Pakistan and America are going very bad these days. It was said that US President Joe Biden is angry with Imran Khan's stand on the issue of Afghanistan. However this is not the truth. The new report that has come out is telling a different story of the deteriorating relations between the two countries.
Former Pakistan Interior Minister Abdul Rehman Malik has said that Joe Biden is deeply angered by Pakistan's partisan role in favor of former US President Donald Trump during the 2020 US election campaign.
Malik told The News International, "During the US presidential election, a Pakistani businessman used the Pakistani embassy in Washington as Trump's election office. When President Joe Biden found out about it, he was furious. Went."
Malik advised Imran Khan to write a letter to the US President and clarify the position of Pakistan. The former Pakistan minister said that the souring in relations between the two countries continues even today. If it was not so, Biden would have definitely talked to Imran Khan.
US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman has recently visited Pakistan. His visit focused on the current situation in Afghanistan. The US State Department statement on Sherman's engagements indicated the prominence of the Afghan issue in US-Pakistan talks. These developments confirm what Sherman said at an event in Mumbai last Thursday. He declared that Washington no longer sees itself as building a "broad-based relationship" with Pakistan.
According to media reports, the Biden administration will continue its involvement with Pakistan, despite differences on Afghanistan and other issues. The Dawn newspaper reported that the United States would focus on four key points. Recognition of the Taliban government in Kabul, international sanctions on Afghanistan, access to the land-locked country and counter-terrorism cooperation.
